BEIJING WORLD FINAL OF CHAMPIONSHIP OF CINEMA AND SPORT TELEVISION: CHINA 14 – 17 NOVEMBER

Beijing (P. R. of China) will host – from 14^th to 17^th November 2012 – the “30^th World FICTS Challenge – Beijing Worldwide Final of Championship of Cinema and Sport Television” to which will take part, as a matter of course, the winners of the 14 Festivals of the “World FICTS Challenge” International Circuit in 5 Continents.

The event is organized by BODA – Beijing Olympic City Development Association in collaboration with FICTS during the “Beijing International Sports Film Week”. Founded in 2005 and reached the 8th edition, the Beijing International Sports Film Week  is the only Olympic cultural activity to be regularly held following the successful completion of the Olympic Games.  The event will be known for its main task of promoting the development of sports film & TV, transmitting the Olympic ideals, and carrying forward the Olympic legacies. The “30^th World FICTS Challenge” expects – beyond huge Opening and Closing Ceremonies – Projections, Meetings, Exhibitions, Side Events, Workshops, the “TV SPORT EMOTIONS” International Forum and the Awarding of prestigious international guests of television, sport and cinema.
