The FICTS - Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs, in the ambit of “Sport Movies & Tv 2010 - 28^th Milano International FICTS Fest”, that will taken place from October 28th to November 2nd to Milano (Italy) with free entrance, promotes and organizes, from this year, also “MOVIES & TV SHORT 2010 - With free topic”. This new Section means to value the short as expressive original form, supporting the production of young directors whom expose themselves at the same time to the “short form” offering the greatest possible visibility to them inserting in an International context. An important worldwide showcase opened to all the television, cinematographic and tv productions, to the New media, to the independent and professionals directors, etc., that can participate to the competition Works of the maximum duration of 30 minutes and produced in period 2008/2009/2010 shoot in any format and technique (fiction, cartoon, documentary, etc.).
